Begin with understanding
Our process starts with a thoughtful assessment by our experienced team. We take time to understand each person’s substance use, mental health, medical history, relationships, living environment, strengths, and goals.

We bring medical care, therapy, holistic support, and real-life guidance together in one individualized path toward recovery.
Every person arrives with a different story. Their care should reflect that.
How the Process Begins
Our team meets each client with compassion, listens carefully, and recommends care based on clinical need—not a preset formula.
Our process starts with a thoughtful assessment by our experienced team. We take time to understand each person’s substance use, mental health, medical history, relationships, living environment, strengths, and goals.
Based on the assessment, we recommend the level of care that best matches the client’s current needs. This may include ambulatory detox, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient services, or coordinated outside care when another setting is more appropriate.
Recovery is not one-size-fits-all. The treatment team develops a plan that can combine medical support, therapy, recovery education, practical assistance, and holistic care—and adjusts that plan as the client progresses.
One Integrated Approach
Each element of care works together to strengthen stability, address underlying concerns, and help clients create a sustainable life in recovery.
When clinically appropriate, our medical team may incorporate medications for addiction treatment alongside counseling and behavioral support. Medication-assisted treatment can help manage cravings, reduce relapse risk, and support greater stability as part of a complete treatment plan.
For appropriate clients, our medical providers may discuss long-acting injectable medications that support treatment adherence and reduce the burden of taking a daily medication. Decisions are individualized and based on a medical evaluation, the client’s goals, and informed consent.
Individual therapy provides a private setting to explore personal challenges, patterns, trauma, and goals. Group therapy offers connection, accountability, recovery education, and opportunities to practice healthier coping and communication skills.
We support healing of the whole person—mind, body, relationships, values, and sense of purpose. Clients are encouraged to explore meaningful practices and personal sources of strength in a respectful way that honors their beliefs.
Recovery also involves rebuilding daily life. Case management may include help creating a résumé, preparing for employment, coordinating appointments, connecting with community resources, addressing practical barriers, and planning for continued care.
Substance use and mental health challenges can affect the entire family. When appropriate, family or marriage counseling can help improve communication, establish healthier boundaries, rebuild trust, and support recovery together.
Long-Term Recovery
Our goal is not simply to help someone stop using substances for a short period. We help clients develop the medical support, insight, coping skills, relationships, resources, and daily structure that can make continued recovery more sustainable.
Medication and long-acting injectable options can be valuable tools for some people, but they are never treated as a stand-alone solution. Our providers discuss benefits, limitations, and alternatives so each client can participate in informed decisions about care.
