About the Program

A treatment-focused path forward when legal concerns and recovery intersect.

Nova Vitae’s Diversion Program supports eligible clients whose legal concerns are connected to substance use, including DUI and narcotics-related charges. Our team provides a structured treatment environment where clients can address the underlying issues that contributed to their legal situation while building practical skills for lasting change.

With the client’s written authorization and as permitted by law, Nova Vitae can coordinate with attorneys, courts, probation departments, and other approved parties. We can provide enrollment verification, attendance records, progress updates, program details, completion documentation, and other treatment-related records requested by the court.

When appropriate and arranged in advance, qualified Nova Vitae staff may also be available to appear in court or communicate with legal professionals to explain a client’s participation and progress. While no treatment provider can promise a particular legal outcome, our goal is to clearly document meaningful engagement in care and support alternatives to incarceration when available and appropriate.
