Facility identity and ownership
This website is owned and operated by Nova Vitae, Inc., an outpatient treatment provider located at 22837 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 100, Woodland Hills, California 91364. The admissions phone number is 213-706-3329. Nova Vitae is not a directory, referral marketplace, or anonymous call center.
Our leadership and clinical personnel are identified on the staff page with their roles and displayed credentials.
DHCS certification
Nova Vitae holds California Department of Health Care Services certification number 191265AP for detoxification, outpatient, and intensive outpatient alcohol and/or other drug program services. The certificate is effective December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2027. DHCS certification refers only to the services and location listed on the certificate.
Accreditation
Nova Vitae is accredited by The Joint Commission. Accreditation is one part of our quality and safety program. It does not guarantee admission, insurance coverage, or a particular treatment outcome. Accreditation status may be checked through The Joint Commission’s Quality Check directory.
Services and clinical decisions
Information on this website is general. The availability, frequency, length, and setting of services depend on an individual assessment, medical necessity, clinical judgment, program capacity, applicable rules, and—when insurance is used—authorization by the health plan. Medication is prescribed only by an appropriately licensed prescriber after an evaluation. We do not promise a prescription, admission, insurance payment, sobriety, or any other outcome.
Ambulatory withdrawal management is not appropriate for everyone. A person with severe or rapidly worsening withdrawal symptoms may need emergency or inpatient care.
Insurance and financial information
A verification of benefits reports information received from an insurer. It is not a promise that the plan will authorize or pay for treatment. Benefits, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, medical-necessity decisions, and final member responsibility remain subject to the plan and services actually provided. Nova Vitae does not require a person to enroll simply because benefits were checked.
Ethical marketing and referrals
Nova Vitae does not buy or sell patients, offer payment or gifts in exchange for admissions, or promise results. If another provider or recovery residence is discussed, the choice should be based on the person’s needs and preferences. Questions about a financial or ownership relationship may be directed to the Administrator.
Your rights
Clients have the right to respectful, nondiscriminatory care; information about proposed services; participation in treatment planning; privacy subject to law; access to the program’s grievance process; and freedom from retaliation for raising a concern. A complete statement of client rights and grievance procedures is provided during admission and is available upon request.
