Welcoming, confidential substance use and mental health treatment for Veterans and eligible military family members—guided by a team that understands service, sacrifice, and the courage it takes to ask for support.

A Place Where You Are Understood
Military life can leave experiences that are difficult to explain to people who have not lived them. At Nova Vitae, Veterans are welcomed with dignity, respect, and care tailored to the whole person—not reduced to a diagnosis or a chapter of their past.
Our Program Director, Allen Yadegar, is a combat veteran. That lived experience helps shape a culture that respects military service and understands that trust is earned through honesty, consistency, and action.

Nova Vitae participates as a contracted provider for authorized VA community care and can work with eligible TRICARE and TriWest coverage. Eligible military family members may also receive services when their applicable health benefits cover care at Nova Vitae.
Depending on eligibility, authorization, benefits, and the services received, treatment may involve little or no out-of-pocket cost. Coverage and costs are not guaranteed, so our team will verify benefits and explain what we can confirm before admission.

Care that respects where you have been—and supports where you want to go.

Treatment can address substance use alongside anxiety, depression, trauma-related distress, sleep concerns, and other mental health needs.
Ambulatory detox, PHP, IOP, outpatient, and eligible telehealth services allow care to meet people at different points in recovery.
When appropriate and authorized, family involvement can support understanding, communication, and a stronger recovery environment.
